The ratings are unjust to the company. But please read on. I was at this location to have my tires replaced and was helped by a wonderful young lady at the front desk—she was great. During my 4.5-hour wait, I witnessed something that left a lasting impression. An employee, Dustin, spent a portion of that time berating and belittling an elderly gentleman who works there as the janitor, Dave. The disrespect was so blatant that everyone in the waiting room turned their heads in shock and shared looks of embarrassment for what this man was being put through. What struck me most was that throughout those same hours, Dave worked harder and more diligently than the person criticizing him, keeping the entire facility clean without complaint. Dave, hats off to you for your work ethic and dedication—it didn’t go unnoticed. Dustin, the way you treated a coworker in front of a room full of customers was disappointing and unprofessional. I sincerely hope this isn’t the kind of impression STM wants its customers walking away with, and I’d encourage management to address

I had 2 tires replaced on my motorhome, Dustin and his crew were great!! The price quoted was the price out the door, they didn’t try to up sale me. He said it would take about an hour, the job was done in an hour. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Dillon did a fabulous job swapped out my tire and rim in less than 10 minutes. Could not be any happier if I’m ever traveling in the area and I need a tire I will definitely stop by here.

After our 2nd blowout on our RV we had STM come out and put a new tire on for us and then the next morning went back and had them change out the other one. Everyone was very helpful and courteous, from the fella who came out and gave us roadside assistance to the technician that changed the tire at the store, we both were really impressed!! Highly recommend giving them a call!!
